Where we can, we always inflate in advance to ensure there are no faults. Once the balloons are collected or delivered, they become your responsibility, so please take good care of them to maximise their lifespan and enjoyment, as any replacements will be charged for.

Your balloons are helium or air-filled and will be affected by changes in temperature. To ensure your balloons stay in the condition you have received them, please follow the advice below:

  1. Balloons are made for display purposes, so please avoid excessive handling.
  2. Do not leave your balloons in a cold room, hot room, car, garage, or shed; they need to be taken straight indoors, or else they will deflate.
  3. If you need to transport the balloons, you must warm the car up or cool it down depending on weather conditions and make sure you keep the journey as short as possible.
  4. Please do not leave your balloons in or next to direct heat; please keep them away from direct sunlight, radiators, and even the footwell of the car where the heater is; direct heat will pop the balloons.
  5. Take them out of the bag ASAP to allow the helium balloons to float and breathe.
Balloons are not toys. They can pop easily and become a choking hazard. So please be vigilant if around children!
  6. And finally, please do not release the balloons into the environment, as they can harm wildlife/farm animals. The balloons can also litter the countryside and coast. Once deflated, please dispose of it responsibly.

Thank you for your order!!
