* Same-Day Orders: Cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.
* Advance Orders up to a week: May be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup time for a full refund.
* Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on preparation status
* Balloons popped or damaged after safe delivery or once balloons have left the shop premises.
* For bubble balloons and gift balloons, we strongly recommend a minimum of 24 hours’ preparation time to allow for proper inflation, quality checks, and to identify any potential defects or deflation issues.
If an order is placed with less than 24 hours’ notice before pickup or delivery, and issues arise, we will not be able to offer a refund, as we were not given adequate time to ensure product quality.
* Flowers kept in improper conditions
* Customer dissatisfaction due to personal preferences (e.g., color shades, floral varieties), unless previously agreed upon
* We will attempt to contact you and/or the recipient.
* If redelivery is needed, an additional delivery fee may apply.
* No refund will be issued if the delivery is refused or not accepted after multiple attempts.
Due to the perishable nature of our helium balloons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a fault or an error on our part. Please review our policy carefully:
Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a faulty or incorrect order, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your balloons. To process your claim, please send clear photographs of the issue along with your order details to admin@blossomsandballoonsmcr.co.uk.
Resolution Options
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will offer either a replacement or store credit. Please note that refunds are not available at this time.
Exclusions
We are unable to offer replacements or store credit for balloons that have been damaged due to improper handling after delivery (e.g. exposure to heat, sharp objects, or rough treatment) or have naturally deflated over time, as helium balloons have a limited lifespan.
